Tracie has fifteen years of nonprofit experience in the areas of special events, fundraising, marketing, public relations, and alumni relations. Most recently, Tracie was the Director of Development at Resurrection College Prep, where she increased funding through annual appeals and special event planning, including the organization of the centennial gala. In her previous roles, Tracie regularly stewarded and solicited annual donors helping increase giving patterns and overall annual funding as a result of her personal outreach and relationship building. Prior to Resurrection, Tracie served as the Associate Director for Leadership Giving the Christian Brothers of the Midwest where she managed a portfolio of mid-range to leadership-level donors. Along with Tracie’s experience in substantially increased engagement and funding through organized giving days, donor communications, and special event planning, she has a background in nonprofit communications. Tracie served in communications roles at several United Ways, including as the Director of Communication at United Way of Allen County, where she was the public relations lead responsible for successfully planning and executing communications with local media, Partner Agencies, and donors. While at United Way of Allen County, Tracie also served on the judging panel for the Indiana Association of United Way's General Excellence in Media (GEM) Awards. She is one of United Way's honoree recipients for the Leaders Engaged in Accelerated Development (LEAD) program.Tracie holds a bachelor of arts in journalism from Indiana University-Bloomington and a master of science in communications from Purdue University. She resides in Downers Grove, IL with her husband, Ben, and three children, Ethan, Grace, and Lily.
